Job Responsibilites:
The Baker School of Business announces a search for the W. Frank Hipp Distinguished Chair in Business. The chairholder will be a distinguished senior executive with a successful history of significant leadership responsibilities in a complex organization.
The successful candidate will hold the chair for a three-year term with the potential for reappointment. The Hipp Chair holder will be expected to stimulate collaboration between the business community and The Citadel. Duties include graduate and/or undergraduate teaching (2 or 3 courses per semester) and typical service activities for the school of business (committees, advising, etc.). The ability to maintain AACSB scholarly academic status is strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline is required. Candidates with a professional background in financial services and/or accounting are encouraged to apply.
