The Citadel is proud to support veterans through participation in the VA Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) program. Through our partnership with the Ralph H. Johnson VA Health Care System, eligible veterans may have opportunities to gain valuable work experience in roles across our campus while working toward their individual employment goals. CWT is a VA vocational rehabilitation program designed to help veterans experiencing barriers to employment develop skills, strengthen their work experience, and prepare for competitive employment in the community.
Interested in CWT opportunities at The Citadel? Veterans should work with their VA health care team or Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to determine eligibility and whether CWT is an appropriate option. The VA requires referral through a veteran's health care team for enrollment in the program.
