Job Responsibilities:
The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is accepting applications for a Career Education Coordinator in the Career Center. This role will have the responsibility of the following:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree area and at least (2) two years of experience in higher education and/or counseling, recruiting, training, or teaching. Excellent instructional, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills essential. Proven ability to effectively present to large and small groups. Ability to learn computerized Career Center systems and to develop and use web-based instruction required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in career development, higher education, student administration, counseling, recruiting or related experience preferred. Experience with applicant tracking or Career Management Systems (Handshake) and other online career management systems like Canvas, career assessments, and other career education resources preferred. Experience in higher education and career development preferred.
