Job Responsibilities:

The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is seeking a Supply Specialist in the Cadet Store. This role works under the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager and general supervision of the Director of Cadet Store. Under limited supervision, is responsible for warehouse in the Cade Store, which includes, but not limited to unloading trucks, checking in merchandise and supervising temporary stock clerk. Will also be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for warehouse and barracks set-up for Freshmen Issue.
• Makes sure sales floor is always stocked. Keeps warehouse organized and tidy.
• Responsible for maintaining the Cadet Store warehouse inventory and conducts inventory counts at appointed times. 
• Notifies management when inventory is low and supplies need to be ordered.
• Organizes and cleans store.
• Performs as cashier when needed.  

Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate with warehouse experience helpful, but not required. Ability to supervise temporary stock clerks, able to communicate efficiently. Required to stand on feet long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some extra hours required during beginning of school year and such times as workload dictates.
