The Department of Mathematical Sciences at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina invites applications for a full-time or part-time mathematics adjunct faculty position for the fall and spring semesters. Duties primarily include teaching 100-level mathematics or statistics courses.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Applicants should have a master's or doctorate degree in mathematics or a closely related field, with a minimum of 18 credit hours in graduate-level mathematics courses.

Reporting to the President, the Provost serves as the College's Chief Academic Officer, directing the Deans of the College's Schools and collaborating with the Commandant's office to align the academic and military components of a Citadel education. The Provost will also collaborate with the college’s other Vice Presidents as part of the President’s senior leadership team.
