If you have an interest in working as a graduate assistant in a department on campus begin by completing an application through this link: The Citadel Graduate Assistant Application.

The Citadel offers graduate students paid assistantships that provide hands-on experience in higher education settings within various departments at an hourly rate.  Assistantships are available for enrolled graduate students who carry a minimum of six credit hours each semester. Graduate Assistants must also remain in good academic standing from semester to semester to continue an appointment. However, an appointment is not guaranteed from semester to semester. Once hired, graduate assistants work approximately 20 hours each week. These positions are all in-person roles.

You might hear about a position within your college department. Typically, however, The Citadel Human Resources Department recruits graduate assistants and matches candidates with suitable positions.  If you have an interest in working as a graduate assistant begin by completing an application through this link: The Citadel Graduate Assistant Application

Please note: this application will be shared with the departments you indicate you’re interested in working for and you must apply through the link within the posting.
