The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina invites applications for a part-time temporary Office Assistant in the Registrar's Office. This position will help maintain student records, assist in registration, and graduation.  Support the front-desk person with tasks such as answering phones, processing forms/applications, and providing information to students, faculty and staff as needed.

Job duties include:

  • scanning/coordinating forms in Banner Document Management (BDM)
  • process transcript requests
  • process adds/drops and change in degree/major or minor
  • assist with the online registration process
  • assist with commencement duties
  • help maintain student database information
  • other duties as assigned by the Registrar and/or designee

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, web proficiency) required.  Office support/clerical experience required. Experience in Education preferred, but not required. Knowledge of student information systems such as Ellucian Banner/Degree works preferred, but not required.
