Federal Work Study Positions Available For All Students:

The Federal Work Study Program is designed to provide educationally and professionally beneficial part-time employment opportunities to students with financial need.  The Citadel has a growing list of positions available for students in departments across campus.  These positions are flexible in their scheduling with consideration given for academic workloads throughout each semester.

Example positions include:

NCAA Compliance Intern – Athletics

Photographer – Athletics

Physical Readiness Assistant – Commandant’s Office

Accounting & Finance Intern – Finance Department

HR Assistant – Human Resources

IT Assistant – Information & Technology Services

Student Assistant – School of Engineering

General Requirements for Student Eligibility:

  1. Students must have submitted their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2022/2023 school year AND have unmet financial need. 
  2. Minimum Cumulative GPA:
    1. All Undergraduate Students:  2.0
    2. Graduate Students:  3.0
  3. Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours (undergraduate) or 3 credit hours (graduate)
