Job Responsibilities

The Citadel's Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business (BSB) invites applications for a tenure track position as Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Economics beginning in August 2022. The selected candidate will teach in the school's undergraduate, Economics Minor, and/or MBA core Economics courses. This is a full-time teaching, research and service position. Faculty within the School typically teach a 3+3 course load with appropriate research and service expectations.

 

Minimum Qualifications

All candidates should also be able to show effective past teaching experience and demonstrated research potential. A doctoral degree in Economics from an AACSB-Accredited university is required. Advanced Doctoral Candidates (ABD) will be considered. There is also a potential for teaching additional summer courses. Salary will be competitive, and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
